Raymond A. Williams, Jr.
President, CEO and Chairman of the Board
Raymond A. Williams,
Jr. received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Management
from the University of Washington and his MBA in Investments
and Corporate Finance from the New York University, Graduate
School of Business.
After graduation from NYU, Mr. Williams joined
IBM Advanced Computing Systems Group as the Financial Administrator.
Mr. Williams left IBM Corporation to co-found Amdahl Corporation
with Gene Amdahl. Since his departure from Amdahl Corporation,
Mr. Williams has founded, co-founded, or invested in over 60
companies in the electronics and health care industries, including
Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, Ventritex, Inc., Grid Systems,
Viasoft, Netframe and two banks, University National Bank (now
Comerica) and Silicon Valley Bank.
Brian Szady
Vice
President, Sales & Marketing
Brian Szady comes to Xbridge Systems with an
impressive background in sales, operations, and managing companies.
Founding two software companies, Brian has been involved in
all aspects of the startup process. Specifically spearheading
the financing through multiple capital rounds, management and
development of new operational systems, sales and formation
of scaleable operational procedures, and launching of multiple
products; Mr. Szady brings this small-to-midsize business knowledge
to Xbridge. Over the past three years, Mr. Szady has been the
#1 sales professional in acquisition sales at SBC Communications.
Selling enterprise networking solutions and hardware to some
of the largest companies in the world, Brian now shares this
knowledge with Xbridge.
Ingrid Glazebrook
Acting Chief Financial Officer
Ingrid Glazebrook is responsible for the development
of the knowledge database for Ravix Group, which she co-founded.
She has more than 23 years of experience in finance and accounting
management for many Silicon Valley companies including those
in the software, hardware, Internet, life sciences and semiconductor
industries. Prior to Ravix, Ingrid worked with a variety of
Silicon Valley companies including David Powell, Inc. and Masstor
Systems Corporation. Ingrid began her career at Arthur Andersen
& Co, where she spent four years.
